Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate services firm based in Winter Park, recently negotiated two multi-year office lease agreements within the city’s thriving central business district.   Senior Director Darby Hold represented the landlords in both transactions.

Hold-Thyssen represented New England Partners, LLC in leasing 4,335 square feet of Class A office space at 243 W. Park Avenue to Hedrick Brothers Construction, Inc. The West Palm Beach–based general contracting, construction management, and design-build firm, founded in 1979, also maintains regional offices in Miami and Melbourne. The tenant was not represented in the transaction. The two-story office building totals 10,200 square feet and is currently 100 percent occupied.

In a separate transaction, Hold-Thyssen represented Morse Boulevard Development Associates, LLC in leasing 1,165 square feet to American Financial Advisors, Inc. The tenant, represented by Cody Manzella of JLL, is relocating its administrative offices to the Seacoast Bank Building, a three-story, 47,852-square-foot property located at 1031 W. Morse Boulevard. The building is currently 95 percent leased.

“Winter Park continues to attract high-caliber professional firms that value the city’s walkable downtown and long-standing reputation as a premier business address,” said Darby Hold, Senior Director at Hold-Thyssen, Inc. “Both transactions underscore the strength and stability of the Winter Park office market.”
