Hold-Thyssen Negotiates Multi-Year Lease for Elite Wireless Group at Enterprise Plaza in Orange City

Hold-Thyssen, Inc. a full-service commercial property firm based in Winter Park, has negotiated a multi-year lease with Elite Wireless Group, LLC d/b/a AIO Wireless, for 1,054 square feet of retail space at Enterprise Plaza 2499 Enterprise Road.

Elite Wireless Group, an exclusive authorized distributor for Cricket Wireless, operates more than 70 locations throughout Florida, with additional stores opening soon. The company’s continued growth and success are attributed to its affordable, no-contract plans, reliable LTE data, and exceptional customer service.

Darby Hold, Senior Director at Hold-Thyssen, represented the landlord, Florida Premier–Enterprise, LLC, in the transaction. The Enterprise Plaza retail center, encompassing approximately 17,408 square feet, is currently 90% leased. The tenant was not represented in this transaction.
