Hold-Thyssen Completes Two Multi-Year Lease Agreements at Willowbrook Square in Lake Wales

Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full-service commercial property firm based in Winter Park, recently completed two multi-year lease transactions at Willowbrook Square, a well-located retail strip center at 24174 Highway 27 in Lake Wales.

Kira Kreke, Sales & Leasing Agent at Hold-Thyssen, facilitated both agreements on behalf of the landlord, Gill Properties (US) LP.

In the newest transaction, Express Auto Tags, a Lake Wales–based business specializing in motor vehicle tag and title services, signed a 65-month lease for the last available space at Willowbrook Square. The 2,774-square-foot end-cap unit offers prominent frontage along Highway 27, providing excellent visibility and convenient access for customers. Marc Spellman of Lee & Associates represented Express Auto Tags in the lease negotiation.

In addition, Kreke negotiated a five-year renewal with Batteries Plus Bulbs, which continues its long-term occupancy of a 1,450-square-foot unit at the center.
