Hold-Thyssen, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Clearwater and Winter Park, has completed the sale of a 19+ acre tract of vacant land located at Richey Drive and Wilkins Street in Port Richey.
Carol L. Kinnard, transaction specialist in Hold-Thyssen’s Clearwater office, represented both the buyer, Jose Albert Kreijman of Malaga, Spain and the seller, Port Richey Drive LLC, based in Delray Beach.
The expansive parcel represents a significant land sale in West Pasco County and underscores continued investor interest in well-located development sites within the growing Port Richey market.
“This sale reflects ongoing demand for well-positioned land in Port Richey and surrounding communities,” said Kinnard. “Large tracts like this are increasingly difficult to find, and buyers recognize the long-term value of securing land in growing corridors.”
Port Richey continues to benefit from population growth, infrastructure investment, and expanding commercial activity throughout Pasco County, driving interest in vacant land suitable for future development.
