Hold-Thyssen Appointed Receiver for Villas at Woodland in Jacksonville

Hold-Thyssen, Inc. has been designated the court-appointed receiver for Villas at Woodland, a 64-unit multifamily community located at 7225 Crane Boulevard in Jacksonville.

In this role, the firm will oversee the transition of the asset on behalf of stakeholders, implementing hands-on property management, operational improvements and strategic oversight designed to protect and enhance value.

Drawing on its extensive experience in receivership and multifamily operations, Hold-Thyssen will focus on improving property performance while positioning the Villas at Woodland for long-term success.
