Hold-Thyssen Secures Industrial Lease of 4,000 Square Foot Warehouse in Port Richey

Hold-Thyssen, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Clearwater and Winter Park, facilitated the multi-year lease of a 4,000 square foot warehouse to a well-established door company expanding in the region. 

The warehouse, located at 7916 Evies Way off of Congress Street and south of Ridge Road, was leased by Stolze Door Company, d/b/a Overhead Door Company of Clearwater. 

Carol L. Kinnard, transaction specialist at Hold-Thyssen’s Clearwater office, represented the property owner/landlord Achileas Fakiolas in the transaction. “Hold-Thyssen is proud to have facilitated this transaction, further contributing to the significant growth of the industrial market in Pasco County,” Kinnard said.
