Hold-Thyssen Completes $2.5 Million Sale of Eustis Multifamily Asset Following Stabilization

Hold-Thyssen, Inc. has completed the $2.5 million sale of a 20-unit multifamily community located at 100 N. Dewey Street in Eustis, Fla.
The transaction represents another milestone in the firm’s continued role throughout Florida of managing, stabilizing and repositioning multifamily scenarios for value enhancement.
Hold-Thyssen was engaged following a borrower default in 2025 and provided comprehensive property management and leasing services on behalf of Lima One Capital, a subsidiary of MFA Financial, Inc. Through focused operational oversight and strategic market positioning, the firm stabilized the asset, resolved operational challenges that were present with prior ownership, and achieved 100 percent tenant collections.
Hold-Thyssen’s efforts ultimately facilitated a successful disposition that maximized value for ownership while ensuring a seamless transition for residents and stakeholders.
“With both operational discipline and a clear strategy for restoring value, our team was able to stabilize performance and position the property for a successful sale in a relatively short timeframe,” said Robert Hold, principal at Hold-Thyssen. In a similar activity, Hold-Thyssen has recently been appointed as court-appointed receiver for Villas at Woodland, a 64-unit multifamily community located at 7225 Crane Boulevard in Jacksonville, where the firm will oversee stabilization and operational improvements on behalf of stakeholders
