Hold-Thyssen, Inc.,  a full-service commercial property firm, was engaged by Miami Beach-based LNR Partners to provide property management services for a 140,000-square-foot building situated on a 12.36-acre site at 4931 George Road in the highly sought-after Westshore submarket of Tampa.

Hold-Thyssen is focusing on stabilizing and enhancing operations at the Class A office property built in 1998, while preserving and maximizing value for lenders, investors, or potential buyers.

With construction now complete following extensive hurricane-related renovations, Hold-Thyssen has also been retained by LNR Partners to continue property management services for the 111,733 square foot retail and showroom facility at 6411 Tacoma Drive in Port Richey.  During its role as court-appointed receiver for this property, Hold-Thyssen oversaw the significant capital improvements on the facility built in 1990, and the necessary major hurricane renovations. Now the focus is on operational stabilization ensuring a seamless transition into long-term ownership.

The addition of the Tampa property assignments add to the firm’s growing roster of significant properties across the state, including Greystone, a 220,000 square foot office park along the I-295 corridor in Jacksonville.

“The addition of the George Rd. property to our management portfolio echoes our commitment to high-quality, large-scale assets throughout Florida,” said Robert P. Hold, Principal at Hold-Thyssen, Inc.   “We look forward to delivering measurable results there.”

With offices in Clearwater and Winter Park, Hold-Thyssen brings extensive experience managing complex, high-profile commercial assets, particularly those in transition or requiring repositioning.  Among its notable large-scale receiver and management assignments are the Koger Center in Tallahassee, an 850,000-square-foot office complex where Hold-Thyssen improved occupancy and operational performance prior to the conclusion of its contract. Additionally, the firm was appointed receiver for the 1,009,411-square-foot Winn-Dixie Distribution Center off Silver Star Road in Orlando and successfully revitalized the asset and increased its overall value for ownership.
