Darby Hold has been actively involved in real estate for over 30 years. She has experience in all facets of leasing, management and operations including new business development, sales, marketing, customer relations, personnel training and supervision. Mrs. Hold is a motivated individual whose expertise comes from her ability to manage, organize and communicate effectively with people.

Darby began her career in real estate as a Property Manager. She has managed and maintained over 1,200,000 SF of grocery anchored, neighborhood shopping centers; including but not limited to extensive implementation of tenant leases, rent collections, coordinating tenant improvements and capital improvements with general contractors and ensuring optimum maintenance of properties.

Mrs. Hold currently serves as Leasing Consultant for the Orlando division of Hold Thyssen, Inc. She is responsible for the leasing of office buildings and shopping centers. Her extensive background and knowledge of the property management side of the real estate industry is a welcome advantage in today’s market. This knowledge is evident in Darby’s leasing accomplishments, which include bringing office buildings in Winter Park, Maitland and Orlando to 100% occupancy. Her current listings include Class “A” and “B” properties located in areas from Dr. Phillips to Lake Mary.
