Hold Thyssen VP Represents German Firm in $1.6 Million Sale of Ocala Surgery Center

Hold-Thyssen, Inc.’s Vice President of Investor Services Richard Fisher recently negotiated the $1,621,000 sale of Ocala Orthopaedic, ASC, a 10,046 square foot ambulatory surgical center located at 1600 S.E. 17 Street in Ocala.

Fisher, based in Hold-Thyssen’s Clearwater office, negotiated the transaction on behalf of KW Holding Partnership a private German-based holding company. The single-story professional office building was built in 2000.

The buyer, Upshot ASC of Ocala, LLC is a new Florida Limited Liability Company based in Orlando. Ocala Orthopaedic, ASC, is a highly-rated surgical center established in 2016 with a team of board-certified surgeons. The fully-licensed ambulatory center will continue operations and providing care for an array of orthopaedic conditions at the facility under the new ownership.
