Nationwide Restaurant Chain Inks Multi-Year Lease For Administrative Office Relocation in Winter Park

Hold-Thyssen, Inc. recently completed a multi-year lease with The Noodle Shop Co d/b/a Noodles & Company for relocation of its administrative offices at 1031 W. Morse Blvd. in Winter Park.
Darby Hold Senior Director at the full-service commercial real estate services firm negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Landlord Morse Boulevard Development Associates, LLC. Trey Dyer with 4 Acre Realty LLC represented The Noodle Shop Co.
The new tenant, with more than 450 Noodle & Company restaurants in the U.S. including four in Central Florida, leased 1,511 square feet of executive office space in the Seacoast Bank Building in the heart of Winter Park. The restaurants provide traditional and contemporary noodle dishes from around the world and has been recognized among “America’s Best Employers for Diversity” and “Best Places to Work”.
Other tenants in the building which is currently 97 percent leased include anchor Seacoast Bank, Timber Resorts and Carr, Riggs and Ingram.
