National Digital Marketing Firm Adds Location At Phillips Place In Multi-Year Deal

Hold-Thyssen, Inc. – a full service commercial real estate services firm headquartered in Winter Park – negotiated a multi-year lease agreement with BriteBox, LLC,   expanding into Central Florida at Phillips Place, 7575 Dr. Phillips Blvd in South Orlando.

Darby Hold, Senior Director for Hold-Thyssen, Inc. who brokered the transaction, says the new tenant in Suite 350 with 1,681 square feet, is a nationwide digital marketing company, which owns and operates websites and develops software for the advertising industry.

Hold also negotiated a multi-year lease agreement with EGR Concepts, Inc. for 1,120 square feet at Phillips Place. The firm provides business services to small and medium-sized companies. Hold-Thyssen, Inc. is the leasing and management representative for the landlord Financial Way Realty, Inc.   The 56,000 square foot Phillips Place office building is currently 95% percent leased.
