Troy Stevens joined Hold Thyssen in 2007 and brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, leasing, property management, and client service. As a Leasing Associate, Troy works closely with property owners and tenants throughout the leasing process, from marketing and prospecting to lease negotiations and occupancy.

His hands-on property management experience gives him a practical understanding of building operations and tenant needs, allowing him to approach leasing with both the owner’s objectives and the long-term success of the property in mind. Over his career, Troy has completed numerous office, retail, and industrial lease transactions throughout Central Florida and has developed lasting relationships within the local business and real estate community.

Prior to joining Hold Thyssen, Troy spent more than a decade with UPS in management and logistics.
