Tammi Johnson is a native Floridian who was born in Fort Lauderdale and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. Her Florida roots have taken her from the Clearwater area to Key West, and she now calls the New Smyrna Beach area home.

With more than 15 years of experience in residential and commercial property management, Tammi has built her career around creating well-maintained properties, developing strong relationships, and providing dependable service to residents, tenants, property owners, and vendors.

She enjoys the variety that property management offers—from budgeting and lease negotiations to coordinating repairs and finding practical solutions to everyday challenges. Tammi takes pride in protecting each property’s value while ensuring that the people who live and work there feel heard and supported. She holds an active Florida Real Estate License and a Tennessee Affiliate Broker license.
