Terms and Conditions:
1. Multiple vehicles may be registered with the Property Management office, but only one vehicle may be parked in the lot at any given time.
2. Tenant Parking Permit must be displayed while parking in the Lawrence Center parking lot.
3. Only one (1) parking permit will be issued per individual.
4. A $20.00 fee will be charged for each replacement decal
5. Tenants may not park in any "Customer Reserved" or "Visitor" area.
6. Failure to comply with the rules may result in cancellation of parking privileges or vehicle being towed.
7. I understand that my vehicle is subject to citation, removal and/or immobilization for violation of Parking Regulations.
8. I understand that Rollins College will not have any responsibilities for loss or damage to my vehicle while parked on Rollins Property.
