400 S. Park Event Reservations Request


The 2nd floor terrace at the S. Park Plaza may be utilized exclusively by our commercial tenants and their guests for not for profit functions. To reserve the 2nd floor terrace, please fill out the form below. Remember to consider a back up rain location for your event. The host company is responsible for their own clean up and for getting all required insurance documents to the property manager one week prior to the event. Any additional fees associated with the event will be billed back to the host company.

1. Event Coordinator guarantees that alcohol will not be consumed by anyone under 21 years of age.
2. Event Coordinator must hire a licensed alcohol vendor to serve alcoholic beverages.
3. Cash bars are not permitted.
4. Event coordinator agrees to provide non-alcoholic beverages and food.
5. Attendees are expected to demonstrate responsible behavior throughout the event.
6. Event space is not guaranteed and requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
7. COI certificates are required to be turned in one week prior to event.
8. The host company is responsible for organizing the event, the food/ drink, the unloading/ loading needs, and for managing the clean up following the event.
9. Guests must adhere to the SunTrust Parking Garage policies in place.
10. Caterers may utilize the loading zone in the breezeway area between the building and the parking garage for the duration of the event.
11. Any additional clean up fees or damages for any broken and/or missing furniture pieces will be billed back to the host company.
