Zach Kulics – Director
Zach Kulics started his real estate career in the self-storage business working in site selection & underwriting for a local developer. After joining Realty Capital in 2018, Zach became a Senior Leasing & Sales Advisor and was responsible for leasing a portfolio of 700,000 square feet of office, medical-office, and retail properties.
In 2022, Zach and the other partners founded Citrus Capital Advisors, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage as well as an entitlement and land development services company. Zach has been responsible for over $100 Million in sales and lease transactions. Zach and other members of the Citrus Capital team are now joining forces with Hold Thyssen to bring additional value to the already successful brokerage and leasing departments and to add scale to their future development projects.
Zach Kulics is a Florida native and grew up in West Palm Beach. He later moved to Orlando where he graduated from The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
