Vik Mahadeo – Property Manager
Vik Mahadeo has been working in both commercial and residential property management and operations for nine years, with extensive experience in lease negotiations and client relations.
Prior to working at Hold Thyssen, Vik worked simultaneously as general manager and operations manager for two commercial buildings in the Orlando Area. In addition to managing the staff and vendor relations, Vik oversaw the operations, upkeep, and maintenance of these properties.
In early 2016, Vik joined BullBear Management in a Property Management role, handling all daily property management operations, including landlord and tenant relations and accounting.
Vik joined Hold Thyssen in 2018, taking on a portfolio of commercial properties including office, retail, and industrial/ mixed use. Vik has developed streamlined inspection, risk management, and maintenance programs at his managed properties, all of which aim to reduce liability while maintaining profitability for his clients. Vik has also overseen various capital improvements, tenant buildouts, and general repair and maintenance projects. Vik has developed strong relationships with each of his clients and has continued to expand on the skills he has acquired in the industry.
