Tim Sanford – Property Manager
Tim has over twenty years of experience in commercial property management including traditional office, flex and retail properties with experience in all phases of management including oversight of daily operations, management of employees, vendors, leasing, tenant improvement and capital projects. Tim works to develop strong relationships with all clients and tenants to ensure maximum performance of their investment properties.
From 2012 to 2015 Tim worked with Hold Thyssen managing a seven-building office park in Tampa Florida. He has recently rejoined the Hold Thyssen team by taking on a portfolio of commercial properties located in West Florida, Gainesville and Georgia totaling 422,299 square feet. With every property management assignment, Tim seeks to apply a standard of excellence to ensure that the goals of the client are exceeded and the needs of each property are met with a high degree of professionalism.
