Theresa is a commercial and investment associate with a unique background combining 20+ years of experience in the fields of both real estate and insurance. Her credentials include consultative sales, training, marketing and risk analysis and marketing campaign design and creation for both tangible and intangible products. Extensive exposure to the complex needs of business and property owners has provided her with a rare perspective and enabled her to hone the skills necessary to anticipate needs, overcome drawbacks and achieve client objectives.
Theresa specializes in the sale and leasing of income producing, professional office and retail properties in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties.

Theresa is pursuing the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. CCIM designees are recognized as experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis. The CCIM designation requires 240 hours of graduate level study, a portfolio documenting a high volume of professional transactions, and designees must pass a day‐long comprehensive examination. Only 4% of all commercial real estate practitioners in the United States hold the designation, which is the most coveted and respected designation in commercial investment real estate.
