Sharon Bailey – Property Manager
Sharon Bailey has been working in Central Florida for many years, with an extensive history in property management and business administration.
Sharon has a track record of managing office buildings, coordinating vendors, and overseeing facility maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Other responsibilities she’s had include tenant/landlord relations, lease negotiations, tenant buildouts, budgeting, and bookkeeping. Sharon has experience not only in daily operations but in developing and implementing policies and procedures for risk management, computer security and emergency response to building/tenant emergencies.
Sharon joined Hold Thyssen in January 2021 and was given the opportunity to work with new clients and establish strong and beneficial relationships while expanding her property portfolio.
