Robert Hold has been actively involved in the real estate brokerage and property management field for the past 50 years and serves as President of Hold Thyssen Inc. His company and associates have a wealth of knowledge in the management, brokerage, and leasing of income producing properties in all categories. Additionally, Mr. Hold and his firm have been awarded over 150 receivership assignments, resulting in decades of experience in the repositioning and restructuring of properties that have suffered economic and physical deficiencies. Hold Thyssen continues to manage, lease, and broker properties throughout several states on behalf of Special Servicers, Lending Institutions, and Investors, both in the United States and abroad.
