Diane joined Hold Thyssen in 2023 with experience managing over 105 residential rental properties.

She is an accomplished professional with a strong background in research, contracts, and operational processing and excels in managing assets, prioritizing assignments, and ensuring smooth property operations. Her analytical thinking allows her to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency enhancements. Diane’s strong work ethic, dedication to organizational goals, and positive demeanor contribute to a productive work environment. With a solid background in administrative and financial management, Diane has proven her ability to handle accounts receivable and payable, financial reports, bank reconciliations, collections, and ensures compliances with contractual standards.

In her earlier roles as a Collateral Audit Coordinator and Document & Records Management Specialist, Diane ensured data accuracy and compliance, contributing to the success of a large loan portfolio for Wyndham Vacation Ownership. She effectively managed record retention, conducted research and reconciliation, and coded contracts for securitization. Her valuable experiences as a Bookkeeper and Executive Assistant showcased her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, while supporting high-level executives and facilitating communication between departments.
