Nicholas O’Shea is a commercial real estate broker with an eye for land development. Having a background in communications, commercial real estate business, and land entitlements, Nicholas brings the expertise needed to effectively reach and connect with a wide range of clients for each of his projects.

Nicholas is a Florida native but has been part of several projects that span across the southeastern U.S. markets. Nicholas has closed over $80,000,000 in real estate transactions over the past 24 months, and has entitled over 1,200,000 sqft of Industrial land.

Nicholas was a collegiate athlete before attending the University of Central Florida to achieve a Bachelor’s degree in Communications
