Hold Thyssen Inks 10-Year Lease for WingStop in Orange City

Hold Thyssen, Inc., a full service commercial property firm based in Winter Park, closed on a ten-year lease agreement with MWGHW III, LLC d/b/a WingStop at Enterprise Plaza, 2499 Enterprise Rd.

WingStop, which began in 1994 as a small buffalo-style chicken wing restaurant in Garland, Texas now has more than 1,500 stores worldwide.   The new 1,360 square foot Orange City location expects to be opened in the second quarter of 2022.

Darby Hold, Senior Director at Hold-Thyssen which leases and manages Enterprise Plaza, negotiated the long-term lease on behalf of the Michigan-based landlord, Florida Premier-Enterprise LLC.   The tenant was not represented in the transaction

Also at Enterprise Plaza, Hold negotiated a five-year lease renewal with Firehouse Subs a long-time tenant occupying 1,972 square feet.  Firehouse subs currently has 1,200 locations nationwide.

Enterprise Plaza is currently 95 percent leased
