Hold Thyssen Closes Investment Sale for Fully Leased Office Property

Hold Thyssen, Inc., a full-service commercial property firm based in Winter Park, recently completed the sale of a 15-year-old, six-suite office building at 4265-4275 Neptune Rd. in Saint Cloud.
A private, Orlando-based investor purchased the 3,920 square foot office property on a 0.53-acre site for $850,000.00.
Martin Forster CCIM, Senior Director/Broker Associate at Hold-Thyssen, negotiated the transaction representing the building’s owner/seller Foley Properties, LLC. Foley, who recently vacated two suites at the property then re-leased them, selected Hold-Thyssen to take the property to market, Forster explained, adding, “After several weeks of marketing the building it was sold to an Orlando investor who took the opportunity to add a fully leased, easily managed investment property, in great condition, to his portfolio.”
