Hold Thyssen brokers Multi-Year lease to National Mortgage Firm

Hold Thyssen, Inc. a full service commercial real estate services firm headquartered in Winter Park, completed a multi-year lease agreement at Phillips Place, 7575 Dr. Phillips Blvd. in southwest Orlando.

Darby Hold, Senior Director for Hold Thyssen, Inc. brokered the transaction on behalf of Landlord Financial Way Realty, Inc. The new tenant Cross Country Mortgage, LLC leased Suite 225 with 1,624 square feet. Cross Country Mortgage is well-known nationally for offering a wide range of mortgage programs, rates and terms.

The 56,000-square-foot upscale office building is currently 90 percent occupied.
