Hold Thyssen Senior Director Martin Forster CCIM Wins a Costar Q4 2024 Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award

CoStar Group, Inc., the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces, recently announced that Martin Forster CCIM was named a CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winner for Q4 2024.  The CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.

Forster, Senior Director at Winter Park-based Hold-Thyssen, Inc., was on the list of winners in Central Florida for closing a 10-year lease agreement with Bakery 1908 for a Central Florida flagship location in the 6,000 sq. ft former Black Angus restaurant on SR 535 near Disney Springs and major hotels.

Forster has 39 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, brokerage and advisory services.  He has held the CCIM designation for 32 years and been an active member in ICSC for 22 years.
