Hold Thyssen Completes 10-Year Agreement with Seacoast National Bank

Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full-service real estate services firm recently completed a ten-year lease agreement at 1031 W. Morse Blvd. for one of Seacoast National Bank’s most successful branches.

The publicly traded company based on Florida’s Treasure Coast with 45 branches in 15 Florida counties has renewed its lease of 11,363 rentable square feet at the sought-after Winter Park location.  

Anthony Fisher, Vice President and Darby Hold, Senior Director for Hold Thyssen brokered the transaction representing both the Tenant, and the Landlord, Morse Boulevard Development Associates, LLC. 

Seacoast National Bank, with more than $5 billion in assets, recently celebrated 90 years in banking.
