Hold Thyssen Negotiates Multi-Year Lease for Relocation of Executive Search Firm

Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full-service commercial property firm based in Winter Park, completed a five-year lease agreement for 2,756 rentable square feet in Suite 2051 at 1485 International Parkway in the Heathrow International Business Center.

Kirby Partners, Inc. has relocated its operations from another Lake Mary office.   The executive recruiting firm, which specializes in healthcare systems, corporations and consulting firms has been filling positions throughout the U.S. for over 30 years.

Darby Hold, Senior Director at Hold-Thyssen which leases and manages Enterprise Plaza, negotiated the lDarby Hold, Senior Director at Hold-Thyssen, negotiated the lease agreement on behalf of the landlord Christian Financial Resources, Inc.  Michael Seaman of Cresa represented the tenant.
