East Colonial Office to be Redeveloped by Law Firm

Hold Thyssen recently closed on the sale of a small office building at 624 E. Colonial Drive in Orlando to a law firm with locations in California and Palm Harbor, Florida.

Hold Thyssen’s Martin Forster, CCIM and Saxon Evans negotiated the sale representing the seller, Nghia-Nguyet, LLC, an Orlando investor, and the buyer who paid $431,000 for the 1,756 square foot building with four parking spaces.  The new owner-user plans an extensive refurbishment of the property which will be ready for occupancy sometime in the second quarter.
