Troy Stevens – Associate
Troy joined Hold Thyssen in 2007 after over a decade with UPS in their management and logistics department. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in all aspects of both commercial and residential real estate.
In addition to leasing and sales, Troy has an extensive background in customer service, property management and information technology, giving him an edge when handling all phases of the leasing process, from listing and marketing to lease negotiation. Troy currently acts as a trusted advisor for a number of property owners and has completed over $10,000,000 in recent retail, office, and industrial lease transactions.
Troy has lived in Central Florida for over 25 years and has made a point to form steadfast relationships within the professional and real estate community. He prides himself in providing the highest level of service and achieving the goals set out by each client in order to ensure each assignment’s success.
