Teresa Bigley – Accounting Manager
Teresa has been with the Hold Thyssen companies for over 30 years. Having worked her way through a number of positions within the commercial real estate field, Teresa brings a comprehensive understanding of not only the financial side of property management, but of the business and logistics side as well.
Over the past 20 years, Teresa has served as Hold Thyssen’s Accounting and Bookkeeping Manager, bringing a strong work ethic and unparalleled attention to detail to the department. Taking the lead on the company’s transition to the Yardi Accounting Platform afforded Teresa an expert knowledge of the software, allowing her to tailor its abilities to best serve our clients and their properties.
Through her years of experience handling the accounts of nearly 300 commercial properties, totaling millions of square feet, Teresa has developed a proven system of accounting practices that has provided hundreds of clients the confidence that their property finances are consistently accurate and their investment accounts protected.
