Jennifer Atwal – Marketing Director


Jennifer graduated in 2007 from Florida State University with her Bachelors Degree in Advertising. She has been working in the marketing and graphic design field for over thirteen years, with experience in print and online marketing, corporate branding, and logo design.

Prior to Hold Thyssen, Jennifer worked as a graphic designer in both the magazine and newspaper industry. In addition to page layout, her role was to design and create advertisement specs for potential clients in order to increase ad revenue for each publication. Working hand in hand with a wide range of clients from several industries allowed her to not only understand the client/company relationship, but to also grow her skills and knowledge in all aspects of corporate marketing and branding.

In 2009, Jennifer joined Hold Thyssen in a marketing and administrative role and quickly learned how to adjust her marketing and design background to fit into the real estate environment. She immediately began working with all in-house leasing and sales agents, designing and developing the appropriate marketing pieces and strategies for each individual listing. As the company grew, Jennifer moved into a marketing role full time. She took on the task of a full company rebranding for Hold Thyssen, while continuing to assist agents with the marketing campaigns for their clients’ properties.

She became the marketing director in 2014 where she now oversees a team that handles the creation of all marketing materials including property flyers, postcards, and offering memorandums, in addition to developing and maintaining the company website. Jennifer’s first priority is ensuring that each of Hold Thyssens’ clients and their assets receive the time and attention required for their success.
