Carol L. Kinnard, PA – Associate
Since moving to Florida from north-eastern Ohio in the 1970’s, Carol Kinnard has been serving buyers, sellers and tenants in the Tampa Bay commercial real estate market. She is a member of the Real Estate Hall of Fame, a national recognition. As a former banking executive, Carol understands the nature of the commercial real estate market and how national and local economies impact commercial real estate buyers and sellers.
Carol joined Hold-Thyssen in 2014 as a Transaction Specialist. She is known as a medical office expert although she is experienced in retail and industrial properties as well. She is a pinnacle award winning member of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) and incoming President of the West Pasco Board of Realtors.
Prior to joining Hold-Thyssen, Carol served as Commercial Associate with a local boutique real estate firm. She has also served as Chief Operating Office/Chief Financial Officer/Chief Investment Officer of various commercial banks in west central Florida.
Carol has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Eckerd College (graduating with Distinction) and was the President of her graduating class from American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School at the University of Delaware. She has also completed the Florida Bankers Association’s Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida, winning several top awards.
Carol is a member of the Florida Association of Realtors (FR), National Association of Realtors and served as the former chairman of the Florida Realtors Investment and Treasury Management Committee. She currently serves on FR’s Budget and Finance Committee and the Board of Directors. Other memberships include the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors, West Pasco Board of Realtors, West Pasco Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Trinity.
